Barcelona: Si!

Jardinets de Gracia

Jardinets de Gracia

Ten days in Barcelona should be plenty of time to discover all the best boutiques and local designers.  But in my 10 days there, I had exactly 4 hours to myself for such frivolity.  Consider this the abbreviated highlights of what could have been.

At the heart of the Gracia neighborhood is the Passage de Gracia, a lovely promenande and boulevard that provides the classic urban European experience.  There are countless cafes, many tourists, immaculate upscale designer stores mixed with high street shopping, but best of all, this is where people of all ages come to stroll and spend time together.

Tucked away behind Passage de Gracia are quite a few independent boutiques with a fun, young, casual but international vibe.  This is where I found a swingy black dress by Scandinavian brand - And Less, and a couple pairs of earrings that I have been wearing every day since I've been back.
