Pink, Blue & White — NASHAJUNE

The forecast on this June day: Sunny and 62 degrees. I'm staying warm but feeling summer-y in a pale pink silk top (Everlane), true blue jeans (AG- The Phoebe now on sale at gilt!) and the coolest white leather shoes from LoQ.

A few thoughts on these pieces: 1) Everlane's silk blouses are excellent wardrobe staples. They come in fantastic colors and the collar is just right. I wear them alone or layered under a sweater. My one critique is that they are very thin. I have a tomato red silk blouse from Equipment that is a bit thicker, it feels more substantial and lays better on the body. But Equipment runs over 2x price of Everlane, without any of the production transparency of Everlane, so it's a trade off. 2)The Phoebe is a high-waisted, straight leg jean. Essentially, a "mom jean." But I say get over it. Moms are awesome. 3) LoQ shoes are perfection. Comfortable, made in Spain quality (many of my favorite shoes are made in Spain). The block heels are a fresh change and the the cut-out style is a flattering cross between a sandal and a shoe.

Lastly, the bag is from Aritzia's Auxillary line. They don't appear to be carrying it now, but there are other similar styles if you are interested.
